The next regular General Membership Meeting of the Electrical Welfare Club will be held on Tuesday, April 18th, 2023, in the Balcony Lounge at 5 PM. Food and beverages will be served at that time. The meeting will begin at 5:45 PM

You must enter through the main entrance of the Electric Industry Center at 158-11 Harry Van Arsdale Jr. Ave. 

Our guest speaker will be Local Union No. 3 IBEW Executive Board Member Steven Moy.

Our Club Coordinator, David Hochman, Local Union No. 3 IBEW Executive Board Member, will provide details of new developments within the industry. Questions will be welcomed.

Thank you to everyone that attended our special March meeting. It was great celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the first meeting of the Electrical Welfare Club. Special thanks to our guest speaker Senior Assistant Business Manager Christopher Erikson Jr. for taking the time to join us for our special meeting.

The Electrical Welfare Club’s 100th Anniversary Gala to be held on Sunday May 21, 2023, at 4 PM at the Plainview Jewish Center. Tickets for our Gala are $125 per person and may be purchased at our meeting on Tuesday, March 21st or by contacting Gala Co-Chairperson Bro. Matthew Cohen.  See our Gala flyer for more information. On Saturday, May 13th, 2023, Local Union No. 3 IBEW will be holding the Election of Officers, Executive Board Members, and Examining Board Members at the Javits Convention Center. The Election will be held from 6 AM until 4 PM.  There will be buses provided for your convenience in three locations, Penn Station, Joint Industry Board / Electchester, and Westchester.  It is so important that you make yourself available that date to show up and Vote. 

Please try your best to come to our next meeting on Tuesday, April 18th.  I look forward to seeing everyone there. Stay active; support our Club and its great parent organization Local Union No.3 IBEW
