The next meeting of the Electrical Welfare Club will take place on Tuesday, May 19th, 2026, in the Balcony Lounge of the JIB at 5:00 PM. Food and beverages will be served.

The meeting will begin at 6:00 PM. Club coordinator Dave Hochman will be providing details and new developments within our industry.

At this month’s meeting, applications for our annual Scholarship Breakfast taking place in October will be available. I am proud to announce the new Steven Schwartz Memorial Scholarship. If you are interested in applying, please be sure to attend the meeting to get an application.

Our annual club fishing trip will be held on Sunday August 9th at Captree State Park. See attached flyer for more information.

The Welfare Club’s weekend at Santorini (LIEC) is June 26th. Looking forward to seeing everybody who signed up to come out. It’s going to be a full house, so please, if you signed up but cannot make it, please let me know immediately.

The Veteran’s Club is holding its annual flag planting at Cypress Hills National Cemetery on Saturday, May 23rd at 9 AM. Please try to make this event. It’s a beautiful ceremony that they hold.

The Catholic Council Breakfast at the Sheraton in Manhattan is Sunday, June 7th at 9:00 AM. Tickets are still available. Come see me if you are interested.
